No Show & Cancellation Policy
We at Blue Spruce Animal Clinic understand that there are many things that come up unexpectedly. Blue Spruce Animal Clinic is very committed to providing your pet with the best medical care but is unable to do so when a client cancels at the last minute or fails to show up for their appointment without canceling it first.
We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. That will allow us to fill that opening with another pet that is in need of medical services. Our doctor’s time is just as valuable as your time, and we want to ensure that we provide the best medical care for your pets at all times. 3
If you No-Show (fail to cancel your appointment and not show up) that keeps us from filling that spot for another pet in need of medical care.
1st Occurrence – you will be called and texted reminding you of our no-show policy.*
2nd Occurrence – you will be required to give a deposit of $66 before any appointment. That deposit will be applied to your exam fee when you show up for your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show, that deposit becomes non-refundable and will be retained by Blue Spruce Animal Clinic.
3rd Occurrence – The deposit will be retained by Blue Spruce Animal Clinic and discharge from this practice may occur.
